12 Step Cleaning Process
Step 1: Pre-inspection
I will do a walk-through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction, and potentially permanent stains.
Step 2: Pre-vacuum
Your carpet is pre-vacuumed with an Commercial Vacuum to remove dry soil.
Step 3: Moving Most Furniture
Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Beds, dressers and electronics are left in place.
Step 4: Clean and Dust
Baseboards are wiped clean and ceiling fans are dusted.
Step 5: Pre-spray
All traffic areas are pre-treated with a boosting agent.
Step 6: Cleaning Agent Activation
An oscillating carpet cleaning machine will further loosen traffic area soil.
Step 7: Steam Rinse & Extraction
Once the soil has been loosened, powerful truck-mounted hot water HWE cleaning process will thoroughly rinse your carpet.
Step 8: Neutralizer
Balanced PH is one of the most important steps according to most carpet manufactures. It is accomplished during HWE to prevent re-soiling.
Step 9: Post Spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Note: Permanent stains, as identified may not be removed.
Step 10: Post Groom
The Carpet pile is set in one direction to aid the drying process.
